Tiki is unable to connect to the database !

The following error message was returned:

Lost connection to MySQL server at 'reading initial communication packet', system error: 111

Things to check:

  1. Is your database up and running?

  2. Are your database login credentials correct?

  3. Did you complete the Tiki Installer?
